In October 2024, the Whistler Public Library Board of Trustees approved the 2024–2029 Strategic Plan, which focuses on the library’s growth as a community-driven, innovative institution. Created with input from the community, Board, and staff, the plan highlights five key priorities.

Measuring and reporting our performance is essential to being accountable to our municipality, partners, and the public.

Information collected in this survey is authorized under section 26(e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) for the purpose of gathering feedback on the Whistler Public Library Strategic Plan and assisting with assessing the Whistler Public Library’s (WPL) impact. By completing this anonymous survey through Social PinPoint, you consent to your responses being collected by the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) and WPL who securely store the data on a secure Canadian-based server for the period of one year, at which point it will be deleted. To protect your privacy and the privacy of others, please do not include any information that could clearly identify you or another person. Any personal identifiable information that is inadvertently included in the open-text responses will be deleted once the results of the survey are compiled.
