Official Community Plan Amendment: employee housing, Whistler Creek West

An OCP amendment is needed to create more capacity for employee housing and support the Whistler Creek West Neighbourhood Plan. Community feedback will help guide how new employee housing is planned and developed in Whistler.

Zoning Bylaw Modernization

Whistler is also updating its Zoning Bylaw to make it easier to read, understand and use. Since it was adopted in 1984, many changes have taken place, including new community priorities and municipal plans.

The Planning Department will be available to share more about both projects and explain how the community can get involved as the work moves forward.
