The RMOW will be conducting the annual Community Life Survey phone survey between May 20 and June 17. Conducted by Deloitte LLP, the survey will be targeting a random sample of 300 permanent residents and 200 second homeowners. The caller ID for the survey will be displayed as “RMOW Survey” so that you’ll know how important it is to pick up the line. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. If you are not randomly selected for the phone survey, sign up below to receive a link after June 17 to the online survey.

IMPORTANT: If you have taken the 2023 survey by phone, please do not complete the online survey. If you have previously registered to receive the online survey you will automatically receive a link via email to access the survey – there is no need to register each year to receive the survey.

The survey has been running since 2006 and allows residents to provide input that helps Council and RMOW staff see community priorities, trends and concerns, as well as receive and action feedback on municipal plans and services.
