Purpose
The proposed bylaw will amend the IS5 (Industrial Service Five) Zone to allow additional uses, expand the employee eligibility for employee housing and revise the parking requirement. The proposed bylaw will also amend Zoning and Parking Bylaw No. 303, 2015 to add the lands identified by bold line on the map below as a permitted location for liquor sales.
