Whistler.ca is the Resort Municipality of Whistler’s (RMOW) primary corporate communications tool. It connects the public with information about the organization and allows access to engagement as well as municipal services. We are committed to delivering an exceptional user experience for site visitors.
This website redesign will improve the user experience, visual design and content. The goal is to create an accessible streamlined, easy-to-navigate site, so users find the information they need.
Phase 1 Engagement (Spring 2024)
- conduct interviews with staff, Council and external parties to understand their website experience and define the priorities guiding the redesign.
Phase 2 Engagement (Summer 2024)
- test effectiveness of a site prototype with internal and external users to refine the proposed information design, before the project proceeds into visual design and technical development.
