The Whistler Public Library wants to make sure our collections, programs, and spaces actually reflect what teens in our community care about.

This short survey will help us understand:

  • how (and if) you use the library,
  • what you like to do outside of school,
  • how teens find out what’s happening in community,
  • what teens are reading (or not reading),
  • and what gets in the way of reading.

There are no right or wrong answers. Your responses are anonymous and will help shape future library services for teens. This survey takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Personal information collected in this survey is authorized under section 26(e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for the purpose of collecting feedback on the 2026 Whistler Public Library (WPL) Teen Survey to help assess the impact of WPL collections, programs, and spaces on the teen community in Whistler. By completing this survey through Social PinPoint, you consent to your responses being collected by the Resort Municipality of Whistler, which securely stores data on a Canadian-based server for the period of one year. To protect your privacy and the privacy of others, please do not include any information that could clearly identify you or another person. Any personal identifiable information that is inadvertently included in the open-text responses will be deleted once the results of the survey are compiled.
