The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) aims to have of 50% of all trips within the community be made by walking, biking, public transit, and other types of micromobility including e-bikes by 2030. Building off recommendations from the existing 2024 Whistler Active Transportation Strategy, RMOW is developing a comprehensive plan to close gaps in the existing network.

The Active Transportation Network Plan will propose several priority areas for infrastructure improvements based on the results of the geo-spatial analysis and community engagement. This planning effort is an important step toward building a more accessible, connected, active, and sustainable transportation system for Whistler’s future and providing staff with a clear implementation plan and guidance.

Your input is important to shaping the plan. We invite you to help us create a plan that focuses on key community priorities. The following survey will take 15 minutes to complete.

Knowing who participated in the survey will help us tell the story of this engagement process and helps us identify groups we may have missed and need to seek out.
