Staff present the proposed budget guidelines to be used when preparing the Five-Year Financial Plan 2025-2029 bylaw, as well as the list of planned projects (each of which is reserve-funded) for the next five years. This budget is informed by a great deal of input from staff, Council, the community and the many active committees of Council. Pending approval of the budgetguidelines from Council, staff will begin the process of building the Plan for Council consideration in January 2025.
