Purpose
The purpose of the Permit is to vary Whistler’s Zoning and Parking Bylaw 303, 2015 to reduce the rear setback to 5.25 metres for support posts of a roof structure located over an existing ice rink/basketball court.
Without the proposed variance, the minimum permitted rear setback is 7.6 metres.
