The purpose of the proposed bylaw is to add school and auxiliary daycare uses as permitted uses on a portion of land within the existing RS-E2 (Residential Single Estate Two) Zone, and to permit a subdivision to create a separate legal title for the portion of land where only a school and auxiliary daycare would be permitted.

The lands that are the subject of the proposed Bylaw are shown on the map attached to this notice, and legally described as: Lot 34, District Lot 2246, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan BCP1933.

A copy of the proposed Bylaw will be available for review until January 20, 2026 on this webpage as well as at Municipal Hall at 4325 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, BC, during regular office hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (statutory holidays excluded).
