Builders' Corner presents: Works and Services Bylaw Update
The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is undertaking an update of its Works and Services (W&S) Bylaws to ensure that our community’s infrastructure keeps pace with future needs.
The proposed fee structure for residential, commercial, and industrial development is in step with comparable communities and will ensure that new developments contribute appropriately to the infrastructure they require, helping to relieve the financial burden on existing taxpayers and promote fairness across the community. The updated W&S Bylaw will replace RMOW’s current suite of five bylaws, which have not been updated since 2000.
Join your fellow industry members for a pancake breakfast to learn more about the proposed Bylaw update and to provide input to help shape a fee structure that is equitable, sustainable, and fairly applied.
Please RSVP before September 29.
